So, i’ve started to create my own Cider.

I bought a Cider kit and a big 30 litre bucket, and on Sunday evening I started the brew. You can see here almost each step of creating the Cider. I poured the cider concentrate in a big bucket and added 2 litres of sugar water. Filled the bucket to 20 litres. Then add the yeast to it, mixed it through and let it rest in a nice warm place. The bucket stays under the sink in the bathroom, were its nice and warm :) Hopefully we won’t get drunk while taking a shower… :) and girls, its not ready yet!

After just 1 day we knew the yeast was having a good time in the bucket.
